Return procedure

THE CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THEIR RECEPTION WITHOUT REQUESTING THE INVOCATION OF A SPECIFIC REASON AND WITHOUT IMPOSING ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS OTHER THAN THE COST OF TRANSPORTATION TO OUR CLASSROOM. ALSO FOR THE FULL REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PURCHASES MADE ON OUR SITE, THE CUSTOMER UNDERTAKES TO SHIP THE PRODUCTS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION IN WHICH THEY RECEIVED THEM, INCLUDING PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES WITH COLD ACCESSORIES.

Romdiag undertakes to fully refund the amount paid within 14 working days from the date of receipt and verification of the condition of the products shipped for return by the customer through the same payment method by which the customer chose to purchase it.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE PRODUCTS HAVE DEFECTS BROUGHT BY THE CUSTOMER (SCRATCHES, SHOTS, SCREEN PROTECTION SHEET MISSING, DAMAGED PACKAGING, LACK OF ACCESSORIES ETC) ROMDIAG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT IT CONTACT THE CUSTOMER TO RETURN THE DAMAGED PACKAGE.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE METHOD OF SHIPPING TO THE ROMDIAG OF THE RETURNED PACKAGE, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING ITS INTEGRITY SO AS NOT TO BE DAMAGED DURING THE TRANSPORT TO US, AND THE SOLITARY PERSON IS RESPONSIBLE AS FOLLOWS.

IN THE SAME WAY ROMDIAG RESPONSES SOLIDARLY FOR THE PACKAGES SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER

THE RETURN OF THE AMOUNTS DUE FOR RETURN TO THE CUSTOMER IS MADE ONLY AFTER RECEIPTING AND CHECKING THEIR INTEGRITY !!!
